Cambridgeshire County Council are planning to procure a Asset Information Consultancy Framework.
The aim of the framework is to appoint 4-6 providers who can be contracted at short notice to provide expert advice and consultancy services on highway records, Definitive Map, Town & Village Green and commonland matters.
To include:
| • | Public Path Order (PPO), Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) and Town & Village Green applications and proactive investigations and report writing with recommendations |
| • | Advocacy for public rights of way public inquiries |
| • | Advice on and advocacy for highway and public rights of way related matters concerning NSIPS and other major infrastructure or development schemes, including Transport & Works Act Orders and Development Consent Orders |
| • | Advice on Definitive Map and public rights of way matters, including the management of the Definitive Map & Statement and widths of rights of way |
| • | Consolidation of the Definitive Map |
| • | Advice on highway records matters, including status, extent (highway boundaries) and maintenance liability |
| • | Advice on statutory and administrative processes to change the highway records |
| • | Training on highway records, Definitive Map and TVG and common land subjects. |
