Royal Armouries has commissioned a short piece of consultancy work that will set out the broad strategic direction for the operation and development of our core information and communication technology (ICT) function over the next three to five years and to identify the steps required to main and develop standards of service, efficiency and risk management across these operations. These consultancy deliverables will be presented in a report which will be taken to the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees for their review and will thereafter be used by the senior management team to take forward ICT development and operations.
