The Phase 2 of the project (Task T0394) - Innovation and Research Strategy Implementation - completed by December 2023 set a series of recommendations that will rationalise the governance for Research and Innovation within National Highways and our innovation operating model.
These changes are necessary to:

| - | streamlining processes to improve Innovation management, |
| - | monitor and assess innovation using a consistent and systematic approach, |
