The teams work has an impact upon the health and protection of borough residents and to remedy inadequate housing conditions. Private Sector Housing also licence mobile home sites and houses in multiple occupation and ensure that management regulations are met within these properties.

This feasibility study will provide the basis of the Services cabinet report and will be used to gain agreement to proceed to the next stage, the development of a public consultation; as well as providing a key component contributing to the final Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) submission.
The Contract is anticipated to commence in Feb/March 2025 and will continue for a period of 3 months with an option to extend for a further period of 2 months unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
