Deliver a fixed fee agile, user centred design project across Alpha and Beta phases to rebuild the Educate Against Hate website.

Scope of Contract

The scope includes:

-Full redevelopment of the Educate Against Hate (EAH) website to address user needs identified in user research.
-Delivery of a complete Alpha phase, including prototyping, iterative user testing and requirements refinement
-Delivery of a complete Beta phase, including system build, integration, content design framework application, Quality Assurance (QA), user testing and final launch
-Close collaboration with DfE Counter Extremism (CONTEST) division teams, ensuring alignment with safeguarding, Prevent policy objectives and Government priorities
-Application of multidisciplinary expertise (user research, content design, development, delivery)
