Research to enhance understanding of the impact of characteristics on speaking up culture in healthcare.
This work aims to further the NGOs understanding of barriers to speaking up, which aligns with the 'champion and support workers to speak up' arm of our strategic framework (2021 - 2026).
The Contract is awarded for an initial 4.5 months with the option to extend for up to 3 months.
