Colchester Borough Council requires a suitably qualified contractor to undertake significant hard landscaping repairs to the un-adopted highway within the Colchester Borough. Repairs required will be identified following an inspection in accordance Colchester Council Highway Maintenance Strategy
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Expressions of interest can be requested until 17:00hrs on 14th July 2015. The completed tender must be returned by 12:00 (noon) on Friday 17th July 2015.
