Description of Services and Deliverables;
The project comprises an initial stage feasibility report for a new learner pool at Royston Leisure Centre. The scope is as follows:
- Review the adequacy of the existing changing provisions, incorporate designs for additional changing if required
- Production of floorplans, elevations, mood board for finishes for new learner pool extension
- Mechanical and electrical advice on servicing strategy and capacities
- Pool specialist advice on specialist pool plant requirements
- Structural advice on likely foundations, frame etc.
