Outcome Based Homecare Services

The London Borough of Hackney is seeking suitably experienced and qualified providers to provide Outcome Based Homecare Services for residents living in Hackney. There will be four Lots within the framework, there will be one Lot for a generic homecare service, two culturally specific Lots for the Turkish & Kurdish and Charedi communities and a Lot for a night service. The contract for Lot 1, for the general population will be split into four geographical areas known as ‘Quadrants’ (North East, North West, South East and South West). The culturally specific and night service contracts will be borough wide.

The Council wishes to establish a four year Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that the contracts will become operational from the 16th January 2017.

Additional information: There are approx. 1,100 Hackney residents receiving homecare services. The estimated service user hours

per week is 14k with 11k attributable to the general

population and 3k hours attributable to the culturally

specific communities.
