Provision of a Management and Job Costing solution for Coastline Services Ltd
Coastline Services is looking to procure a high quality Management and Job Costing solution at our head office that will provide the following capabilities:-
| • | Planning, Scheduling and Delivering Works |
| • | Procurement and Stock Management |
| • | Job Costing |
| • | Invoice Generation |
| • | Invoice Payment |
| • | Quotation Development |
| • | Timesheet Management |
| • | Business Intelligence and Management Information Reporting |
There are the three elements of this one tender:-
| • | The supply of the software and licensing |
| • | The consultancy, installation, training and configuration of the system |
| • | The on-going support contract |
It is intended that the support contract will run for an initial period of 2 years. The contract will have an option to extend the agreement annually subject to satisfactory performance and customer satisfaction,
