ITEP1191 - P3M Prioritisation Phase 3

This requirement is for the provision of specialist advisory and facilitative Programme, Project and Portfolio Management (P3M) services.

The services require experienced consultants to deliver expert support across enterprise-level prioritisation, quarterly planning, and capacity management activities.

This includes facilitation, independent assurance, mentoring, and organisational maturity support. The engagement is outcome-based in nature and necessitates the application of specialist knowledge, professional judgement, and assurance capability.

Scope of Services
