description

The MedIS Programme aims to deliver a sustainable and integrated digital information capability that supports the Defence Medical Services (DMS) in providing evidence based medical and dental healthcare. To achieve this, MedIS will establish a digital 'ecosystem' built from multiple commercial off the shelf (COTS) products and services.

To ensure this ecosystem is clinically safe, secure, and fully interoperable with MOD systems, NHS systems, legacy platforms, and other related environments, the programme requires additional specialist expertise. This capability is procured via Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) Framework (Agreement RM6249) .

The services required include:

Provision of suitably qualified support for design, integration, and delivery of the MedIS digital ecosystem.
Expertise to ensure interoperability and safe sharing of medical information across Defence, NHS, and legacy environments.
Support to secure the ecosystem and ensure clinical safety throughout development and deployment.
Support to realise programme benefits by contributing to a coherent, enduring, and sustainable MedIS capability.
