description
The development of a Consumer Panel for DECC competed via the UKSBS Market Research Framework.
This will take the form of a ‘community’ or sample of approximately 30 000 consumers who will have been profiled on key criteria such as demographics, tenure and attitudes to various energy/environment related issues. The panel will act as a framework from which consumer insight projects can be commissioned. Teams in DECC will be able to draw a sample from the panel, whenever they need, to run insight research on specific consumers. Our suppler will set-up the panel and lead the delivery of all insight projects.
Additional information: Notes: In the original bid, TNS BMRB priced their ‘staff day rates’ above the agreed levels specified under the UKSBS Market Research Framework. DECC flagged this with TNS BMRB who sent through some revised costs of £19 520 in line with their framework costs.
