A call-off contract with an events management company to manage end to end events (external and internal). These events could be face to face, digital or a mix of both.
A contract with a live streaming service company to ensure external delegates can join internal events (if they don't use Microsoft Teams)
A delegate management system that
| (i) | allows HMRC members to use single sign-on and is integrated with Microsoft Office (to allow easier updating of calendars) |
| (ii) | has a landing page for each event where agendas, pre-event instructions/papers can be stored and surfaced to delegates |
| (iii) | can automate key parts of the delegate management process such as: |
| a. | issuing invitations which can be either to targeted distribution lists (DL) or the system can a booking link for when a DL isn't available |
| b. | issuing of pre and post event communications |
| c. | chaser/reminder emails for no-respondents |
| d. | notifying the organisers of any special requirements |
| e. | digital registration for the onsite team |
