To procure consultancy support to grow the visibility and encourage improved practice of knowledge management across our business through
| 1. | developing and hosting a diverse programme of events that bring people together across organisational boundaries to share their experience, apply learning, solve problems, build their networks; and practice the behaviours and mindsets that will help effective knowledge sharing activity become part of how we do things. |
| 2. | growing our body of tools and content on our Major Projects Knowledge Management SharePoint site. Use an external resource to plan and deliver a targeted programme of engagement with all project and programme teams to capture their learning in a variety of different formats (audio, visual, written) to meet different learning styles, covering all stages of the project life cycle. |
