Conference Platform and Tech Support for Historic England - AWARD

We need tech support

• oTo configure the platform
• oTo put all the info on the platform
• oTo test email notifications etc.
• oTo test the links from our internal systems to the platform
• oTo run the reports for us (or provide guidance for us to do this)
• oTo check GDPR compliance - help with the GPDR report needed
• oTo check and ensure that staff can get onto the platform
• oTo check any potential browser problems in case they can't
• oTo ensure HE's 3rd party Service Desk understands the most common problems and can help people overcome them or provide a help desk themselves We need a tech host
• oWho understands the platform and has hosted large events on it
• oWho knows the most common faults that can happen when people can't get in or get thrown out and what to do in these situations
• oTo do a tech rehearsal with the project team, event hosts and all the speakers
• oTo tech host all virtual events (we will provide the content hosts who run the sessions, introduce speakers, instruct breakout rooms etc)
• oEnsure the platform works
• oHelp people who can't get onto the platform
• oHelp the speaker to share slides
• oPut people into breakout rooms
