The Secretary of State for Defence (the "Authority") is seeking to appoint a strategic partner to deliver world class end user services in the Secret domain that will continually improve and enhance the experience of users working in this domain.
Contract End Date: 30/07/29 (plus 2 optional extensions of up to 12 months each)
Lowest/Actual Value: £137m (5yr term) £337m (option years and change value, not committed)

- The Authority reserves the right to amend any condition related to security of information in order to reflect any relevant changes in national law, government policy or changes in the United Kingdom's security postures or environments in which the Authority operates. If any contract documents are accompanied by instructions on safeguarding classified information (e.g. a Security Aspects Letter), the Authority reserves the right to amend the terms of these instructions to reflect any changes in national law, government policy or changes in the United Kingdom's security postures or environments in which the Authority operates, whether in respect of the applicable protective marking scheme, specific protective markings given, the aspects to which any protective marking applies, the way in which information should be handled, or otherwise.
- Potential suppliers are to note that the Authority has engaged external consultants to support the procurement. These external consultants are being managed by the Authority and have roles throughout the procurement process, both in drafting the procurement documentation, including selection criteria, and in evaluating applications. Appropriate Ethical Walls and Conflict of Interest regimes are in place.
- Participants in the procurement may be required to sign up to Ethical Wall requirements and provide a Conflict of Interest declaration.
