description

The requirement is for research to be undertaken and a report to be made on what young people want from a career and find attractive in a prospective employment role. The intention of the research is to enable MOD to design the most effective offer to recruits and to retain the right mix of people for the range of roles in the Armed Forces. Specifically, we would like to understand how an offer should be designed to broaden the appeal of a career in the armed forces and whether differentiating more between those joining to perform different types of roles would be an effective approach.

This requirement was accessed and awarded using the CCS/UKSBS Framework RM1086 Market Research
