The Council wishes to procure the delivery of a local Healthwatch for Walsall. Healthwatch Walsall will act as the consumer voice for health and social care. Healthwatch Walsall aims are to benefit patients, users of services, carers and the public through promoting and supporting the involvement of people in the commissioning and provision of services, helping services to be more responsive to people’s needs and improving outcomes.
