The Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO) wants to improve the department's visibility across Ofgem's organisation, creating high value impact for their people. Managing change and making a difference means improving accessibility for all using a variety of ways to engage, train, and coach people.
Ofgem therefore requires a successful supplier to:
- Create a clear identity that delivers impact and consistency, ensuring CDIO content is easily recognizable.
- Deliver engaging training, VIP support and impactful content to drive adoption of Microsoft products.
