Coach for 1418NOW Team Members

14-18 NOW is a time-limited project, and the team will disband between the end of December 2018 and the end of September 2019. Most of the team members will leave in cohorts and the end of December 2018, at the end of February 2019 and the end of April 2019.

As part of the exit package for team members, 14-18 NOW wishes to engage a suitably skilled and experienced coach to provide support to those team members who wish it, in thinking through their next professional steps and how to prepare to achieve the best possible next professional role.

There are 15 team members in total and 14-18 NOW hopes to offer each of them up to 3 coaching sessions. It is expected that some team members may not take up the offer.

The coach will have substantial experience in supporting people at various levels of seniority in various disciplines in similar professional situations and in working with people in the subsidized arts and heritage sectors.

14-18 NOW reserves the right to appoint more than one coach, should this approach have the potential to provide a better service to team members.

Response to Brief

Prospective coaches are invited to submit proposals that detail:

Relevant experience giving examples of similar work undertaken

What approach the coach would bring to the work and target outcomes

How the coach would mange the work

Outline timeline

Proposed fees

Two appropriate referees

and complete the Company Questionnaire attached as Schedule 1

All tender returns will be evaluated equally in accordance with the above criteria
