South Lanarkshire Council have a requirement to implement a Signs of Safety & Healing approach. Signs of Safety & Healing implementation which will be used by Children’s Services, across Social Work and Education.

The award of this contract under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure can be justified under Standing Order 9.3.1 of the Council’s Standing Orders on Contracts for the following reason:-

The services can only be supplied by one suitable contractor because competition is absent for technical reasons and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement.

The contract term will be from 14 May 2026 to 13 May 2028, with the option to extend for 12-months, in any increment
