description
A fully managed internet service for Sanctuary Students at its multi tenanted sites.
The successful tenderer will be required to build a Wireless Network by attaching its own networking equipment to Sanctuary student accommodation (which will be assessed from your response as part of the tender evaluation process).
The planning, design and construction of the Wireless Network will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer at its own cost, who will also be responsible for all running costs, including utility payments (not on campus), and Specified Assets. The tender must include both cabled and Wi-Fi Internet Service provision to every bedroom which has one hard wired port. Wi-Fi provision will also be extended to the Laundries and other communal spaces and some external areas.
The successful tenderer will be expected to deliver a WiFi platform that meets the normal WiFi activities of the customer as outlined in the SLAs with a focus on value for money cost, 24/365 support at both service and solution level, service visibility and service resilience requirements.
