description
Hackney Council requires showhome interior design and delivery services to facilitate the launch of 290 private tenure apartments bordering Shoreditch Park in Hackney.\
\
The opportunity is being offered in two Lots - with two showhomes being tendered within the first block to be launched - H6, and three showhomes being tendered within the second block to launch - H5. The Council is open to the same company delivering the services for both blocks, particularly where economies of scale can be delivered whilst building on the interior design concept which has been developed for each building.\
\
The successful supplier(s) will be able to offer a comprehensive service to design, procure and deliver the furnishing/dressing of the apartments. Whilst the apartments will be delivered by our contractor in early 2026, we are looking for suppliers who can work with the client and sales and marketing team to table a concept which will build on the interior design concept for the apartments and communal areas, and also demonstrate the designer's understanding of the target market and how the showhome can be a key contributor to securing and optimising sales within the development. This early design development is to provide material to be included within the marketing collateral for the development. The fit out of the apartments will follow once the units are handed over by our contractor.\
\
These services can be provided in house, or in partnership with other suppliers; however, the contract will be awarded through one lead company, who are able to provide a project management wrap around all of the required services.
