The Police and Crime Commissioner for Bedfordshire ,The Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire and The Police and Crime Commissioner for Hertfordshire (BCH) are seeking a provider to deliver both initial and refresher Manual Handling training to a pre-determined set of employees.
| • | 150 employees in six different teams will require training |
| • | Evaluation of current work place practices with regard to manual handling and |
| • | The development and delivery of a tailored manual handling training package for non-operational staff who routinely manual handle heavy, large or awkward loads within the workplace |
All training provision will be in line with legislation, National Back Exchange Guidance and agreed by the BCH Health and Safety Board, BCH Health & Safety Advisor and the Learning and Development Business Partner for Hertfordshire.
