This Call-Off replaces and unifies all existing MRI-related agreements into a single, streamlined contract. This reduces duplication, simplifies governance, and provides a single commercial framework for all MRI systems and services used by GreenSquareAccord (GSA).

Cloud Migration: A key deliverable is the migration of infrastructure and applications into the MRI Cloud. This transition will improve security, reliability, resilience, and availability of critical housing, finance, and asset management systems.

Managed Service: The contract includes an MRI-managed service that ensures:

Regular and proactive security updates.

Ongoing infrastructure and application maintenance.

Supplier-led monitoring, patching, and upgrades to keep systems secure, stable, and compliant.

Strategic Objectives:

Provide a modern, cloud-based ICT environment to support frontline services.

Strengthen cyber resilience and compliance with GDPR and CCS requirements.

Create a scalable foundation for future growth and integration with GSA's digital strategy.
