Document Storage and Movement - Modern Records 2017

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.

The scope of which will comprise of but may not be limited to:

• supply and maintain a secure, flexible and value-for-money service for off-site storage and management of approximately 8,000 boxes of paper records of The Council
• Retrieval and delivery of boxes as required
• to deliver this service from a storage facility within 20 miles of The Council Civic Offices (PO1 2AL)

The initial contract period will be for 3 years extendable in increments agreed to a maximum of 5 years subject to performance and agreement of all parties.

The closing date for receipt of tender submission is given against the heading entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
