Sport England is seeking to learn more about innovation in sport and physical activity and would like to invite interested suppliers to a Pre-Market Engagement Supplier Event in relation to an imminent requirement for an Innovation Learning Partner. The purpose of this Pre-Market Engagement is to:
- a)Alert the market to a potential opportunity
- b)Provide an overview of the requirement and the procurement process
- c)Test the scope and feasibility of our requirements
- d)Seek feedback and soft-market testing in order to refine requirements
The event will be held virtually on Microsoft teams and will consist of a presentation followed by an open Question and Answer (Q&A) session of 15 minutes
The event will be followed by 1:1 break-out sessions between Sport England and suppliers lasting no-more than 15 minutes with each supplier. If you would like to book onto a break-out session please outline this within your response to this invitation and you will be allocated a timeslot and advised of the time in advance.
Should suppliers wish to attend this Pre-Market Engagement Event they are requested to respond and provide the names of no-more than two attendees via the Sport England e-sourcing portal messaging facility by no-later-than 17:00 on Thursday 4th December 2020. Please also outline:
- Whether you would like to book a 15 minute 1:1 break-out slot
IT Platform of Event: Invites will be sent with a link to Microsoft teams
Date of Event: Tuesday 8th December 2020
Time of Event: 9:00am start - 14:00pm
Deadline for Responses Confirming Attendance: 17:00 Thursday 4th December 2020.
Note to Suppliers: This is a market engagement exercise and Sport England:
- will not reimburse any expenses incurred by interested parties in attending this Pre-Market Engagement Event.
- reserves the right to discontinue the process at any time and this exercise does not commit Sport England to conduct a procurement process in relation to the requirements
