NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) are acting on behalf of Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (GMHSCP)to obtain a Provider to deliver a The Provision of an Integrated Health and Social Care Greater Manchester Single Shared Careers Gateway (the Service). A Prior Information Notice (PIN) and Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) were published on 19th November 2018 (TED ref 2018/S 225-514773). GMHSCP are seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced Providers for the service. The Gateway will play a key role in achieving the overall Greater Manchester (GM) workforce strategic priorities. The Gateway will essentially: - Support our local population in obtaining jobs in health and social care (grow our own); - Support our current workforce in securing opportunities to further develop and upskill (leadership & talent development); - Increase awareness of the GM brand; and - Subsequently assist in filling our hard to fill workforce gaps (filling difficult gaps) Further information on the service can be located on the EU-Supply Website. The affordability threshold for the Contract is £300,000 (for year 1 and year 2 combined) with Bidders at the Procurement Stage having to demonstrate how they can work with GMHSCP to obtain a stepped approach to efficiencies and income generation for years 3, 4 and 5. It is anticipated that the contract duration will be for 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 3 years. Please note that the contract will only be extended should the Successful Provider be able to demonstrate income generation as there is no anticipated funding for years 3, 4 and 5. The Service commencement date is anticipated to be 1st April 2019.
