MARKET TESTING - Bedroom/Study Furniture for Campus Halls of Residencies

Falmouth University and the University of Exeter have both seen a significant increase in the number of students requiring accommodation at their shared Penryn Campus in Cornwall. In order to accommodate this growth in demand, stock has had to be increased by converting a number of single rooms into shared occupancy. FX Plus is looking to further increase its current shared occupancy stock by creating purpose built, shared study bedrooms at the Penryn Campus. As a result, FX Plus will be looking to initiate an OJEU procurement exercise within the next two months in order to source a suitable supplier.

Prior to this exercise, FX Plus wishes to engage with the market in order to appraise itself of current furniture solutions.
