Note: Where FXPlus have stated the works must be complete by the

end of August 2016. This is the date by which we would ideally have all works complete.

Tenderers should propose "there best time scales" taking into account the above.

1. Requirements Overview Rationale

Falmouth FXPlus are seeking one supplier for the maintenance of current doors, door frames and windows in Tremough Barton cottages based on the Penryn Campus in Cornwall – TR10 9FE. This would cover cottages 1,2,4,5,6,7 & 8.

The buildings are Grade 2 listed and therefore we are seeking a sympathetic approach to the works that must be in keeping with the current Scheme. Cottage 8 will be occupied during the contract period and therefore consideration must be applied.

FXPlus expects the winning bidder to deliver high quality workmanship with attention to detail and finishes.
