Bowel Cancer Screening Communication Service

NHS Central London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are commissioning a Bowel Cancer Screening Communication Service to telephone people, who have received a bowel screening kit in the last six months, but have not completed it. The CCG are looking for a provider to work with CCGs across West London, Cancer Research UK facilitators, Macmillan GPs, existing screening services, the bowel screening hub in London North West Hospitals Trust and GP practices to agree an approach to telephoning people to talk them through the bowel screening kit.

To achieve full service commencement from January 2018, the CCG anticipates awarding a contract for 16 months to the appointed provider. The affordability threshold for this contract is £429,000.
