description

Project CADUCEUS has embarked upon a change programme that, in part, aspires to provide modern, capability aligned career model that build a professionally focussed workforce with modern relevant competence. This includes the design of a new soldier leadership model which is a significant transformation from now and includes a new training requirement which is not currently delivered.

The D Info CADUCEUS team requires Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the R SIGNALS Future Leadership Model (FLM) as part of the R SIGNALS Career Model 2020 (RSCM). This will enable R SIGNALS to develop career streams and a professionally focussed technical management and leadership structure to better deliver Information Manoeuvre supporting the Master of Signals Vision for the R SIGNALS. It will allow our soldier leadership to develop common skills and undertake functional training ready for employment in a diverse set of roles across R SIGNALS.
