description
HOAI are well placed to track HPI visa volumes by monitoring internal management information. However, the drivers of migration are complex and behavioural assumptions used in impact assessments require a wider range of methodological approaches to properly evaluate the effectiveness of policy features and operational delivery. We now want to evaluate the extent to which the HPI visa route has met its intended objectives, by seeking the perspectives of visa holders.
As such, the Authority requires a piece of research to explore the experiences' of HPI visa holders.
