| 1. | Lead a meeting / workshop to understand the main brand values and messaging of Launchpad (Falmouth University will provide facilities for this). |
| 2. | Deliver a document setting out the brand values of Launchpad, by Dec 4th, 2017 |
| 3. | Create a website: |
| a. | Targeted at applicants and industry partners, with some information for investors. |
| b. | Built for mobile and desktop. |
| c. | Supplier shall create structure, design, and copy. |
| d. | Shall be built with a Content Management System that allows for the Launchpad Team to edit the site securely. |
| e. | Deadlines: |
| i. | Wireframe / Concepts by 5th Dec 2017 |
| ii. | Draft website by 12th Dec 2017 |
| iii. | Final website by 19th Dec 2017 |
| 4. | Create printed material designs, also suitable for e-mail attachment: |
| a. | One handout for applicants; for handing out at conferences etc. |
| b. | One handout for industry partners; for providing at an early contact stage. |
| c. | One handout for investors; for providing at an early contact stage. |
| d. | A combinator folder to hold all of the above with a business card. |
