Urgent: Dry Rot and Associated works

Overview of requirement

We have an urgent and pressing requirement to deal with dry rot which has been very recently unearthed within the Tremough house based on the Penryn Campus in Cornwall.

We have an extremely short timeframe to get these works completed before the areas are needed to be occupied and utilized by students, staff and visitors.

Any delay in addressing these works will result in further damage and cost to the University and the possible loss of historic features within the building and / OR / expensive repairs.
