ECL are looking to procure a new HR system. We will be requiring a system capable of managing staff from recruitment and onboarding through to termination and leavers process.
The system must have the following functionality:
- Case Management - record holding
- Resource Management
- Performance Management - PMR's
- Learning & Development - to book courses
- Recruitment
- Self Service functionality
- Absence Management
- Onboarding and leavers process: IT, Finance,
- Workflow management:
- Terms & Conditions - Contract Management
- Benefits Management - multiple benefits (feeds P11D)
- Integrated systems
- Test environment
- Fully configurable
ECL is interested in hearing from any suppliers who may be able to provide a system that meets the above requirements. At present we are still developing requirements for a full competitive tender which will be conducted in late 2017
