description
Southampton City Council is in the process of redesigning and recommissioning its health improvement and behavior change services. Our aim is to have a significantly more integrated health improvement approach for people wanting to cut down on alcohol, quit smoking, become a healthy weight and more active. High quality, accredited training and workforce development for health improvement and behavior change as well as specialist behavior change services will be a significant part of the solution.
Following on from the successful stakeholder engagement event held in March 2016 to inform development of our service model we are planning a second engagement event to be held at Oakley Road, Southampton SO16 4GX, between the hours of 10:00am – 12:30pm on Monday the 6th June 2016.
The purpose of this event will be to share the proposed model with potential providers and other interested stakeholders, together with details of route to market and tendering process.
An agenda and further details will follow shortly. If you are interested in attending please inform Catherine Blishen on: Catherine.Blishen@southampton.gov.uk Tel: 023 8083 4652
If your organisation might be interested in tendering for these services please ensure that you have registered on the Curtis Fitch website, which can be found at the following address: https://supplysouthampton.esourcingportal.com/index.cfm
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY - THERE IS NO TENDER AT THIS STAGE
