| 1. | Remove the overgrown flower beds which run along the back of the building and turn this into a grassed area which will look neater and be easier to maintain |
| 2. | Remove the footpath which runs parallel to the back of the building and turn this to grass. We feel that this pathway is not necessarily needed and removing it would help provide more privacy for residents (i.e. by encouraging pedestrians to walk further away from residents' windows). |
