Additional information: The service will deliver a time limited intervention providing intensive support to families experiencing or approaching crisis situations and will be tailored to meet the individual needs of the family. This service will respond rapidly and provide support workers to work in the home and the community with disabled children and children with complex health needs and their families in Newcastle.
