Holiday Activities for Children with a Disability

Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity to deliver holiday activities for disabled children, whose needs would mean they struggle to access mainstream activity in the Kirklees area.

Four contracts will be awarded with a budget available of up to £9,000.00 (Nine Thousand Pounds) per contract. Quotations are invited from providers wishing to deliver projects for one or all commissions.

Lot 1 £9,000.00 North Kirklees Holiday and Term Time Activity (8-13 year olds)

Lot 2 £9,000.00 North Kirklees Holiday and Term Time Activity (13-up to the child's 18th birthday)

Lot 3 £9,000.00 South Kirklees Holiday and Term Time Activity (8 - 13 year olds)

Lot 4 £9,000.00 South Kirklees Holiday and Term Time Activity (13-up to the child's 18th birthday)

These contracts will commence on 01/08/2022 and will expire on 31/07/2023 with the provision to extend for two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months up to 31st July 2025 subject to funding availability.
