This Notice is for a traditional project for the Mid Essex NHS Trust, for the premises known as Broomfield Hospital.

The package of work is for the replacement of the existing fire alarm system in the Staff Multi Storey Car Park.

The Contractor shall carry out the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of plant and equipment to achieve the requirements of this specification. The installations shall be complete in every respect, including all ancillaries and all works necessary, whether specifically mentioned within this document or not, for the systems to be tested, balanced, commissioned and perform correctly as intended in the design.

The Tender shall be computed in strict accordance with the specification, however, where the contractor wishes to put forward alternative equipment or method to that specified, notice in writing must be given at the time the Tender is submitted stating
