Media Planning and Buying, Strategic Thinking,Creative Development and Production Services

This procurement will be open to other GLA bodies formed during the duration of any Contract awarded through this notice.

The clients for the framework services will come from across TfL and the Functional Bodies the Functional bodies are:

The Greater London Authority (GLA)

London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority (LFEPA)

Metropolitan Police Service (MPS)

London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)

Old Oak Royal and Park Royal Development

Corporation (OPDC)

MOPAC (MOPAC)

Any new service provider will need to fully understand the context and specialist categories, especially when dealing with multiple stakeholders across the Functional Bodies.

This new framework will be divided into the following Lots:

• Lot 1 - Media Planning and Buying (Media)

Led by TfL and to be used by GLA FBs, single supplier

• Lot 2 - Strategic Thinking, Creative Development & Production (Creative)

Led by TfL; single supplier; strategic projects
