FXPlus are seeking a minimum of three preferred suppliers for both Small works and Capital Projects for its Campuses in Cornwall - TR10 9FE.

This is for Lot A and Lot B as shown below.

LOT A - CAPITAL PROJECTS

Scope of works requirements

This will include, but not limited to:

General Building Works / Site Surveys / Building Advice / Project Management / Design and Build / Risk Management

Site Logistics and Planning / Health and Safety Advice / Responsive minor maintenance works in respect of General Building Work / Electrical Work / Plumbing Work / Mechanical Work / Roofing Work / Window/Door Work / Underground Drainage Work / General Ground Works / Internal/External Refurbishment Work / Maintenance - Planned, Preventative and Reactive.

LOT B -SMALL WORKS

These small works would suit SME's able to undertake basic construction projects.

The value of these projects can vary, Projects are often variable but can be a few or many in number.

Examples of types of works / services under this Agreement.

Fence repairs / External painting / Slab levelling / small building works / Kitchen replacements / Internal and external building refurbishments /Door and window replacements /Other Ad-Hoc related duties as required

The closing date for this opportunity is Thursday 21st June 2018 - 12 Noon G.M.T via the In-Tend Portal.
