Outdoor Advertising Infrastructure Contracts

Hackney Council, by this notice wishes to engage with economic operators in the Outdoor Advertising Infrastructure, i.e. 'Street Furniture' markets and supply chains.

The aim of this engagement is to gain a better understanding of the new opportunities in these markets, and the perspectives of these operators, so as to better align future procurement approaches and expectations with current supplier capabilities, capacities and interest, including new technologies, so as to ultimately improve outcomes for both operators and the Council.

The engagement shall take place via the Council's procurement portal, www.procontract.due-north.com. Organisations wishing to participate in this exercise are required to register on the Portal where they may access and complete the online questionnaire created for this purpose.

All information provided in this notice is approximate at this stage and may change depending on feedback received from this engagement exercise and ongoing stakeholder consultations.

The original deadline for responding to the questionnaire of 12:00 noon, 30/11/2020 has been changed to 12:00pm 7/12/2020. Further details on how to access the questionnaire are found in section 5 of this notice.
