Both platforms aid the Team with everyday HR management and payroll services and queries and are crucial to running a complex organisation such as PDS.
The XpertHR solution offers information-based analytics and decision tools, these aid with legal compliance, good practice and benchmarking, this is a niche offering with no other providers in the market offering the same tool. The same can be said for Cendex which provides reward data, pay trends and analytics that aids recruitment and retention, again this is a niche solution with no other provider in the market.
