description
The Arts Council is seeking to commission an external and independent analysis of data relating to the work of Music Education Hubs during the 2014/15 academic year – using data collected by Arts Council on behalf of the Department for Education.
We expect a written report which displays the analysis and provides clear, robust and evidence-based narrative. We expect the supplier to:
| • | note any patterns or anomalies in 2015 data |
| • | provide analysis of MEH data at a national and regional level |
| • | provide year on year comparative analysis for national and regional data from the previous two years. |
The report must be written clearly and in accessible language, avoiding unnecessary jargon. The report should include a ‘Discussion and Conclusions’ section and technical appendices (or an accompanying technical report) which detail the methodology and data sources. All outputs should be available electronically, with written reports and presentations in keeping with the Arts Council’s house style. The report will be published by the Arts Council.
The budget available for this project is between £16,000 and £18,000 inclusive of VAT and all travel and other expenses. Bids which exceed £18,000 inclusive of VAT and all expenses will be excluded from this procurement exercise as being unaffordable. The period of the contract is four months, expected to take place from 6th November 2015 until 7th March 2016.
Full details about our requirements are set out in the ITT which can be downloaded from this notice below.
