Patient Participation Programme Service

The aims of the project for 2017/18 are to continue to work with West London CCG Practices to maintain, improve and strengthen the effectiveness of practice Patient Participation Groups.

The project will provide a mechanism for local practices to work with their PPG's to improve services and the experiences of practice registered population. The CCG will also work with local PPGs when developing and designing health and care services.

Using PPGs as an active mechanism for streamlining and gathering patient experience of services, strengthening the PPG member voice by holding more PPG area meetings to help them continue to contribute their patient experience to locally commissioned services, and closing the feedback loop via regular patient experience feedback to practices, with fixed timescales for practices to respond.
