CNWL are setting up a series of Non OJEU Consultants Frameworks. The appointed consultants must be able to demonstrate their understanding and experience of delivering a variety of below OJEU threshold consultancy services specifically for mental health, community health and residential design. We are seeking consultants that cover a comprehensive range of services for the following Lots:

Lot 1 - Structural Engineering, Lot 2 - Principle Designer, Lot 3 - Property Consultancy, Lot 4 - Strategic Estates Advice, and Lot 5 - Business Case Advice.
