description

The National Security Strategy requires Defence to be agile and adaptable to an unpredictable and fast changing world in which the threats to the UK and its interest have become more complex, driven by technology and increasing competition between state and non-state actors. The UK's fusion approach to national security seeks to ensure that all of Government's capabilities and policy levers are used to best effect to respond to threats.

On behalf of Defence, and in support of HMGs Fusion Doctrine, Comd UKStratCom, as Defence's integrator, will develop a Multi-Domain Integration Change Programme (MDICP). It will deliver strategic and operational advantage, as envisaged by the Integrated Operating Concept 2025, alongside our Partners Across Government, allies and other partners.
